REGISTRATION CLOSES IN
This webinar equips mental health professionals with the foundational knowledge and practical tools to recognize and respond to intimate partner violence (IPV) within a clinical setting. Through a trauma-informed framework, participants will learn how to conduct IPV screenings, differentiate between the cycle of violence and the power and control wheel, and integrate cultural considerations into their practice. The session also covers how to collaboratively develop safety plans that are sensitive to the complex needs of survivors. Clinicians will leave with enhanced skills to support clients impacted by domestic violence in a safe, informed, and empathetic manner.
